Join us for the 10th Annual Bears, Brews & Bites in the Pepsi UNC Bears Fan Fest tailgate area at the UNC Football Homecoming Game on Saturday, September 27, 2025! Sample local breweries and food trucks, and get ready for some UNC Bears football.
Individual registration is $45 and includes unlimited tastings, a food truck voucher, and a ticket to the homecoming game vs. Idaho State!

Program Information
The Brewing Laboratory Science Program prepares students for work in the quality control / quality assurance (QC/QA) sector of the beer brewing industry. The program includes an undergraduate certificate, a minor in Brewing Laboratory Science, and a lecture/laboratory program with hands-on intensive training in a 7bbl microbrewery on campus.
This program is complimentary with master brewer and fermentation science programs at other institutions.
